From @Thunderdimples: How far can Stardust and The Ascension take eachother?
They could do very well together as The Cosmic Wasteland. It will help Stardust to have some backup since he's really not going to get that far on his own doing his current over the top gimmick. Now he can get more heat as a guy that instigates things, which leads to him having to deal with angry faces and it opens up a lot of new storylines for them. For The Ascension, they become a team that is more visible because they are siding with him. Stardust is on television fairly regularly, so this will definitely raise the profile of The Ascension. Perhaps they can get some tag team gold in the near future because of this too. When midcarders aren't doing anything on their own, it's a good idea to pair them up with others because there's power in numbers.
