8. NXT Women Losing Star Power?

For those that don't know, the Four Horsewomen in WWE is a nickname for Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Bayley. The women's division in NXT has definitely suffered by three of them moving on from NXT because they were the cornerstone of the division. It's going to be tough to replace them. WWE has high hopes for Dana Brooke and Eva Marie, so look for both of them to get substantial pushes. Dana is further along out of the two women, but Eva's the one they really want to turn into a big star. This kind of thing is going to happen because it's a developmental system after all. Out of those four women, three of them had experience wrestling before WWE while Charlotte had none. Having Ric Flair as a dad helps Charlotte just because of his expertise and being a great athlete is important too. It's going to take a while for WWE to build up the NXT women's division to be like it has been in the last year or two. It's possible it may not be that good ever again just because of how special that group of women are. That doesn't mean the ones that follow will be failures, but they have big shoes to fill.
