10 WWE Romances You Totally Don't Remember

3. Lillian Garcia & Viscera

A Vince Russo-esque Attitude Era storyline that snuck into the midlife crisis that was 2001-2008 period that followed, Viscera's relationship with Lillian Garcia was a f*cking dumb conceit with some f*cking dumb moments and a f*cking dumb payoff.

The pair forged an unlikely relationship during a 2005 period in which he positioned himself as 'The World's Largest Love Machine' presumably because Vince McMahon still wasn't bored of watching him wrestle in giant purple pyjamas. It all built to a marriage proposal that filled some time on July's Vengeance pay-per-view until The Godfather convinced 'Big Vis' to leave the apparent love of his life for a selection of his own women-for-hire.

It was ostensibly a rescue mission by the company's resident pimp - he presented Garcia as something of a succubus that would cost the future Big Daddy V his freedom as a man. Viscera took his advice and his women, leaving Lillian a jilted, weeping wreck.

The angle has yet to feature in video packages or 24 specials on the Women's Evolution, but it may yet play a part when Garcia inevitably goes into the company's Hall Of Fame.
