7. Kevin Owens Powerbombs MGK Off The Stage (Celebrity Moment Of The Year)
In June, Kevin Owens was relatively new to the main WWE roster. Just a few weeks earlier, the man had made his Monday Night Raw debut, challenging John Cena for the United States Title. Instead of actually working a match, he made a statement by ambushing Cena, which led to a bout between the pair at Elimination Chamber. Owens won that match, which made him red hot throughout June. Another clash, this time for the United States belt, was set for Money In The Bank. In order to give KO as much momentum as possible heading into that latter match, Owens was booked to intrude on a segment involving Machine Gun Kelly on June 15. The rapper deserves credit for agreeing to the stunt. Taking a Powerbomb off of the stage, MGK had helped Owens look like a reckless bad ass. The insinuation was clear, Kevin Owens wasn't there to play games. This would be a better pick than the other nominees, which include Stephen Amell's match at SummerSlam, Jon Stewart attacking John Cena (again), Wayne Rooney slapping 'King' Barrett, and The Entourage cast introducing Zack Ryder.
