In 2007 - back in the experimental stage of the ECW reboot - The Miz and John Morrison both weren't doing anything of real note. Yet, the two had something of an arrogant streak to them - which was something that WWE wanted to utilize.

So - after the pair had battled for the ECW Championship in October of that year - they were thrown together and won the WWE Tag Team Championships on their first night as a unit.

Bringing the titles back to ECW - with another added dose of cockiness - the two would devise the Dirt Sheet as a way of poking fun at their rivals. Nobody was safe and everyone from CM Punk to D-Generation X felt the sting of a few Miz and Morrison zingers.

Managing to run for a staggering 60+ episodes, the internet series pushed the two into upping their promo game and got them over as annoying pr*cks.

The show eventually had the rug pulled from under it - when the two were drafted to Raw (Miz) and SmackDown (Morrison) - and the performers both went on to establish themselves as independent entities.

With Morrison back through WWE's doors - and the company's social media presence being what it is today - what better way to reintroduce him to the WWE Universe than with a new series of the Dirt Sheet?
