10 WWE Stars And Their Biblical Counterparts

4. Vince McMahon = Satan/The Great Adversary

While there are many people who would describe Vince McMahon as the Devil himself, Vince has actually booked himself to be the ultimate adversary to everyone, which is basically who/what Satan represents in the Bible. After all, the word €˜Satan€™ means €˜adversary€™, so it stands to reason that Vince would portray such a character. Although he has been a face on a few occasions, his best and most successful work was as the evil corporate boss who used his power over the company to ruin the lives of the company€™s biggest stars. First there was Bret Hart, whom he betrayed à la Judas, and from there it was one babyface superstar after another that was placed in feuds opposite Vince McMahon who, like Satan before him, continued to do battle against all the forces of good in the world. Furthermore, Vince has demonstrated many examples of behavior that would place him in an €˜adversarial€™ position. He has shown himself to be ruthless in business and remorseless towards his supposed enemies (this has also been shown in his initial treatment of former WCW wrestlers and other people who had left his company). Mr. McMahon has proven to be completely void of any kind of morality, and in some cases has come up with ideas that spit in the face of common decency (i.e. Katie Vick). This makes him not only an adversary to babyface wrestlers, but to a lot of people outside of wrestling as well.
