10 WWE Stars Who Could Do A CM Punk And Try MMA

1. Brock Lesnar

Much like CM Punk, when Brock Lesnar first entered UFC many were incredibly skeptical about what a professional wrestler could achieve in the Octagon, and far he could go in a €œreal€ fight. While he did lose his first fight to Frank Mir, Lesnar then went on a tear through everyone that was offered to him, and effortlessly became Undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion. Lesnar was forced out of the sport in 2011 after a lengthy bout with diverticulitis which had a tremendous impact on his health and career. He returned to WWE not long after retiring from mixed martial arts and has been used a special attraction, only appearing at select dates over the course of the year. Two years after his return to WWE, Brock Lesnar is now the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, although he hasn€™t been seen since September€™s Night of Champions event. With his contract supposedly coming to an end soon, rumours are swirling that WWE want to cut their losses as Lesnar hasn€™t been the pay-per-view draw they€™d hoped he would be. In recent months, speculation has heated up around a possible return to UFC from Lesnar. Stoked by Paul Heyman, Jim Ross and even Dana White himself, Lesnar€™s return to mixed martial arts would be huge for UFC, and the idea of CM Punk v Lesnar for real is almost too good to be true.
