3. Rusev
Jim Ross has come up with an intriguing scenario for Rusev, which shows he is over with the majority of the wrestling fraternity. Speaking on Tazz's Human Podcast Machine, Good Ol' JR outlined how he would have the Bulgarian go over at Mania 31 against John Cena and then stay undefeated right up until next year's event. At Mania 32, Rusev would face defending WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar with the belt on the line with The Beast finally ending over two years of terror. Imagine that. That is some push Ross has outlined there. The fact Jim Ross even said that speaks volumes of how highly rated Rusev is. His work to date is improving week by week while he is someone that is incomparable to anyone else on the roster. He is money. It remains to be seen how many more times WWE could keep churning out the American patriarch angle to try and topple the Russian sympathiser, nevertheless, Rusev is all set for a bigger year than he has enjoyed this. The main event roster is becoming more populated by the month, it seems.
