10 WWE Stars From 2005 Who'd Be Awesome On Today's Roster
7. Stacy Keibler
Stacy Keibler's a retired pro wrestler. However, she's still a pro wrestler at heart, and if Terry Funk and Mick Foley have taught us anything, pro wrestlers can almost always be convinced to come back to the squared circle. The idea of Vince bringing back Batista in the previous slide would totally lend itself to the idea of Vince saying that he had a POP CULTURE ICON AND MAINSTREAM STAR to save the Divas Revolution, too. Vince's answer being to introduce Stacy Keibler to the Raw audience would be kind of entertaining as hell. Stacy wouldn't have to do anything more than interrupt folks like Charlotte and Sasha Banks talking about "competition" by cutting promos about doing things like dating George Clooney and being on Dancing With The Stars, which is pretty much the antithesis of the whole "divas revolution." While a left-field idea, WWE's Attitude Era was sparked by Steve Austin cutting a promo on Jake Roberts on the fly and accidentally coining a catchphrase. Contemplate the idea of Stacy Keibler being named by Vince McMahon to be the on-screen main roster mentor of say, Eva Marie. The potential for golden moments in that is actually quite high.
