10 WWE Stars Left Without A Clear WrestleMania 34 Match

3. Randy Orton

The latest episode of SmackDown hinted that Randy Orton is in the hunt for the United States Title. Seeing Bobby Roode beat someone of Orton's standing at 'Mania seems like a decent idea, albeit one that's no certainty until WWE figure out where they're going.

At the moment, Randy is another top name who must be wondering why it's taken WWE so long to come up with a plan.

Much like ex-foe Bray Wyatt, Orton was in the WWE Title picture at WrestleMania last year. In fact, his feud with Wyatt dominated the SmackDown scene during the build towards Orlando, and it must have been a career highlight for Randy to bag the belt at 'Mania 33.

Since then, he hasn't done much. Even if creative put him up against Roode for the US Title, it's not nailed on that others won't join them either. This means Orton's status (very much unlike last year) at WrestleMania is up in the air.
