The time when Hall was active with the WWE wasn't a particularly strong time for the company, which makes it even more peculiar that he wasn't chosen to have a run with the big championship. He was incredibly over, and hugely popular in the eyes of WWE fans all across the world. He was supremely talented inside the ring, and certainly knew how to cut an exciting, intelligent promo to get the fans talking. Perhaps he just wasn't with the company for long enough, in all fairness. Because if he had stayed with the WWE for longer, there's no way they could have denied him the ultimate success.
