Like Ted DiBiase, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is most fondly remembered as one of the biggest villains in WWE history. The segment where he attacked Cyndi Lauper at Madison Square Garden was typical Piper, and he didn't care how much heat he got - he simply loved to entertain. With Piper being such a huge heel over a number of years, it's absolutely incredible to consider that he never won a major championship with the WWE. As we move towards the top of this list, we start to see men who have essentially been robbed by not winning the big one with the company - Piper definitely falls into that list. He had a character like nobody else, and was a remarkably good villain. For "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, his career will always seem incomplete without the success of winning a major belt.
