10 WWE Stars To Replace Daniel Bryan As Intercontinental Champion
10. Bray Wyatt
Bray Wyatt is too unique a wrestler to continue to languish in the midcard. His poorly-managed push in 2014 should have seen the former Husky Harris become a legitimate main event star, but was hamstrung by baffling booking decisions and a pair of uninspiring feuds with John Cena and Dean Ambrose. His fairly straightforward loss to the Undertaker at WrestleMania 31 sealed Wyatt's slide back into obscurity, but an Intercontinental Championship run could be the key to an eagerly anticipated rebound. As unlikely as it seems for a wrestler with such an attention-grabbing gimmick, Wyatt has never held a WWE title belt during his time with the company (excluding NXT accolades). Placing the championship on him would perhaps give his feuds the edge they have been sorely missing, allowing him to finally deliver upon the promise of his character.
