10 WWE Stars Undertaker Failed To Elevate To The Next Level

1. Nathan Jones

There is no bigger failure and waste of the Undertaker's time than Nathan Jones. The Australian was enormous and possessed that oh-so-loved chiseled physique that Vince and his underlings in Talent Relations desired more than anything else. Of course, not everyone can be Triple H, in that they can achieve major accomplishments in both wrestling and bodybuilding. While Jones did succeed in the latter, he was abysmal in the former. WWE tried to make a big deal out of him by pairing him with the Undertaker; this time, as a partner instead of as an opponent. Jones would spend precious screen time standing near the Undertaker, and would take part in many segments with him, in the hopes that 'Taker's legendary status would rub off somewhat on Jones. It didn't. No matter how much WWE (and Jones) tried to make things work, nothing did. Jones was so unskilled at wrestling that the company was forced to change his planned tag team with Undertaker into a handicap match where the Deadman had to face both Big Show and A-Train alone. On the plus side, Jones did have a small run-in spot that saved the Undertaker (if that moment can truly be considered as such), but by that point, Jones' days in WWE were numbered.
