10 WWE Stars Who DESPERATELY Need Something New

6. IYO SKY

Damage CTRL started with a bang at SummerSlam 2022, but the group has been more of a device to get others over than nourish Bayley, Dakota Kai or IYO SKY (scream it!). That's even been true when CTRL has been winning Women's Tag-Team Titles - they're a heel platform for other folks WWE wants to push.

Time to move on? Yeah, it's time.

The relationship between IYO and Bayley (in particular) has been showing cracks for a while now. SKY rarely seems interested in guffawing along with the stable leader, and it's surely only a matter of time before she rebels and turns babyface. Trips better have something cool waiting on the other side though.

IYO can get by as a hot in-ring act, but only for a while. She'll need some sort of character, and possibly a manager/follow-up ally who can cut promos on her behalf. This is a risk worth taking, 'cause CTRL has run its course less than one year in.
