When: WrestleMania 40

Opponent: Roman Reigns

There will always be those fans who point to Cody Rhodes vs. Dustin at AEW's first Double Or Nothing in 2019. Rightly so. It was a thumping brother vs. brother war that kicked Tony Khan's league off with a bang. Can it match WrestleMania though? Can it hell. Come on now, let's get serious.

'Mania is on a different level.

Cody and Roman Reigns had quite the task on their hands in April 2024. They had to try beat what they'd done in April 2023 during Rhodes' original march to the top of WWE cards. News flash: They did it! This 'Bloodline Rules' clash had everything one could want from a dramatic show-closer.

The Rock, John Cena, The Undertaker - everyone was in the house to get involved. Then, to cap it all off, Cody finished his story by blasting through Roman to win the belt he'd wanted most of all. It was a night of history. WWE gave nods to their past then ushered in the future, and Rhodes was on fire.
