10 WWE Stars Who Have Suffered The Most Since WrestleMania 30

2. Daniel Bryan

While Daniel Bryan is still immensely popular, not many former WrestleMania main-eventers have fallen so far down the card in one year. Even Randy Orton, who was also in the main event of last year€™s show, and is less popular than Bryan, is faring better. Bryan€™s contemporaries are more like The Miz and King Kong Bundy for hardest falls from one Mania to the next. It really makes no sense. Bryan vs. Brock still feels like a more natural match, and would have given Roman Reigns more time to develop. Vince McMahon instead gave up on Bryan, and forced Reigns on his audience. Time will tell if that was the right call, but it€™s not looking good. Some may hope that if Bryan wins the Intercontinental Title, he€™ll bring some prestige back to it. However, other great talent like Dolph Ziggler and Wade Barrett were never given that opportunity, so it€™s doubtful things will change. Due to Bryan€™s crowd support, expect him to have a role at WrestleMania for years to come, but fans may have to start getting used to the idea that he€™ll probably never close out the show of the immortals again.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
