At the beginning of his WWE run, Keith Lee truly lived up to his Limitless moniker. This performer who'd made a big splash on the indie circuit was another potential superstar in the company, and they seemed to realise this as well. His time in NXT proved incredibly profitable, as he became the first person to hold the NXT Championship and the North American Championship at the same time.

This success started to translate on the main roster, as Lee was put in high profile matches and given a chance to show off. But, as could be expected with a promising NXT call up, WWE failed to go in with him and kept him at the cusp of greatness, losing matches and being made to look weak.

Viewers haven't seen Lee since he was pulled from the 2020 Elimination Chamber event due to an injury, but his recent Twitter feed suggests that he'll be popping back onto screens soon. Still, that time away surely must have given the impressive athlete a chance to look back on his time with WWE and re-evaluate what he's doing there.

Lee's a real star in the making, and you have to imagine that he's rethinking his career options and what promotion would help him achieve his goals.
