10 WWE Stars Who SERIOUSLY Need A New Look

9. The Miz

At best, The Miz is a solid performer in the ring and on the mic, but he has elevated himself beyond his midcard skillset by presenting himself as a big star with an almost satirical level of conviction.

Miz tells us he's awesome, that he's a huge star, and that his appearances are "must-see." His whole schtick is not that he's a star, but an annoying prat who thinks he's a huge celebrity. His gear follows this theme, and while his slick suits work with his "real big star" gimmick, his goofy entrance garb of oversized headbands and a wardrobe full of long robe-coats don't work anymore, especially when combined with his trademark twirl-and-point pose.

The problem is not with the ostentatiousness of his entrance gear, but the fact that he keeps wearing the same weird robe-coats and headbands, even though neither are remotely fashionable. It defies belief that anyone trying to present themselves as a celebrity would use these corny get-ups and poses. A key element of celebrity is keeping with current trends, and the longer The Miz keeps trotting out this same look, the more he approaches every celebrity's worst nightmare: nostalgia for past glory, and eventual irrelevance.
