7. Bayley
A second current champion now makes their way onto this list and that should give you some indication as to how WWE view a few of their most important titles.
Bayley is yet another star who has made a sizeable effort to redefine herself in 2019 and for the most part she's achieved just that. Stepping out of her fellow Horsewomen's shadows, Bayley would turn her back on the sparkly clean 'hugger' gimmick in favour of a spitefully villainous approach and she was now out to get what she deserved - respect and the SmackDown Women's title.
On paper that looked as though it would be enough to cement Bayley as one of the key forces in WWE going forward, but then it became abundantly clear that the champ wasn't even the focal point of her own brand's women's division. Since Sasha Banks' return to the company, she has hogged the headlines and is currently embroiled in a feud with Lacey Evans - with Bayley acting as merely back-up for The Boss.
WWE have time to salvage this and put together an interesting feud going into the show of shows for Bayley, although you have to imagine that anything less than a Banks/Bayley blood-feud would be seen as a complete squandering of this newly revitalised star.
