10 WWE Stars Who Will Miss WrestleMania 36

5. Shane McMahon

Shane-O wrestled The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32, AJ Styles at 33, worked a tag match with Daniel Bryan against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens at 34 and brawled with The Miz at 35. It's time for a year on the bench for the so-called 'Best In The World'. McMahon really doesn't need to be pushed onto the card at 36 for the sake of it.

Really.

His overbearing heel run in 2019 was tantamount to overkill at times, and his self-obsessed rich boy gimmick needs a lengthy break. No-one's suggesting Shane can't come back as a heel in the summer, but 'Mania 36 would be way too soon. Besides, who the hell would he wrestle on the biggest night of the year that'd be worth it?

Despite WWE's apparent need to put 3,475 matches on each WrestleMania card, there's just nothing for McMahon to do in 2020.
