10 WWE Stars Who Will Miss WrestleMania 36

4. The Rock

Even though he last wrestled at 'Mania 32 (in a squash match against Erick Rowan, of all people), it seems like a year can't go by without social media wondering if The Rock will be at WrestleMania. The answer this time is still no. Probably.

Obviously, Rocky could be booked as a peripheral guest host to open the show with a huge pop, but there's nothing in the pipeline right now. Plus, big DJ is busy filming the upcoming action comedy Red Notice, and his other comedy Jungle Cruise is in post-production. As the lead producer of that movie, he'll be a busy, busy boy.

Can the tireless workaholic really justify 'Mania in between all that?

Ideally, he'll be kept away from WWE for a while until he has the time to work another match or isn't quite as swamped in Hollywood. Given Johnson is film's leading man these days, that doesn't seem like it'll happen any time soon.
