6. Rhea Ripley

Surprise!

You'd be forgiven for raising an eyebrow at Rhea's inclusion here. After all, WWE has spent the past couple of weeks hyping up her arrival on Raw, and such build could mean that Ripley will be in the title mix come Tampa. Or, it could be a way to set Rhea up as Charlotte Flair's first challenger after WrestleMania.

That's this writer's story, and he's sticking to it. WWE dropped the ball spectacularly with Ripley last year, and she hasn't really recovered since. Having achieved all she could on NXT, it was time for the seriously-talented Australian to try her luck elsewhere. Also, a series of matches with Flair could be what she needs.

Ripley must exorcise the demons of 2020, show WWE what she's capable of and establish herself as the alpha female on Monday nights. The bad news? She probs won't be doing any of that until Charlotte bags the belt from Asuka in April.
