9. Kane
WWE.comProbably the biggest star in the company with the least amount of title reigns, Kane is something of an anomaly in the world of sports entertainment. Most performers have to change with the ebb and flow of crowd popularity and backstage politics but Kane, just like kayfabe brother The Undertaker, is seemingly impervious to any of this. One of the most solid workers in the company, he's a guy Vince McMahon can trust to fulfil almost any role; he's been a terrifying monster, like he was when he debuted, and in a more comedic role, such as when he was paired with Daniel Bryan as part of Team Hell No. There's no one reason you can point to as to why he's never main-evented: Kane isn't particularly involved with the title picture all that often and that's probably a big reason. Perhaps it's his status as the company's greatest ever utility man, which has denied him the biggest match of the match of the year. Still, with his Hall Of Fame status pretty much guaranteed, we doubt he is too bothered by the fact.
