10 WWE Stars Who Were Worthless Intercontinental Champions

4. Chyna

In another historic moment for WWE that ultimately didn€™t lead anywhere, Chyna became the first, and so far only, female Intercontinental Champion in WWE history by defeating Jeff Jarrett in a Good Housekeeping match at No Mercy 1999. The fans were on her side, and this should have lead to much bigger and better things for Chyna. She even started working a feud with Chris Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship. Chyna was IC champion for close to two months before dropping the belt to Jericho at Armageddon that same year. Then in December, Jericho and Chyna had a title match which resulted in the two pinning each other at the same time. This made them co-champions for the next couple weeks until Jericho managed to become the undisputed IC champion in a triple threat match with Chyna and Hardcore Holly at Royal Rumble 2000. After that, Chyna worked with Eddie Guerrero, won the Women€™s Championship at WrestleMania 17, and then was taken off television before leaving WWE in November 2001.
