10 WWE Storylines Let Down By Stupid Logic

Details? Who needs details?

Trying to attach logic to most pro wrestling stories can be a thankless task.

Even WWE's overworked Executive Producer Bruce Prichard is prone to saying, "you're trying to put logic into an illogical situation" on his brilliant 'Something To Wrestle With' podcast. That, if nothing else, shows that there is some level of awareness internally about the stupidity that's often spewed onto screens.

Of course, that doesn't mean the company's brain trust won't continue vomiting their screwy angles all over the place - WWE have done this for decades, and they're not about to stop now. In fact, as some of the more recent examples here show, there's a complete lack of care for the finer details in some ongoing tales too.

This list includes (amongst other things) preposterous pretence that WWE's biggest stars are strapped for cash, warring rivals suddenly forgetting about their issues so they can become thrown-together tag-teams, runaway lovers going to ridiculous lengths for no reason whatsoever, sudden admissions that 99% of the product is a work, and rebel groups destroying their own battle cries.

That's just the start...
