10 WWE Storylines Let Down By Stupid Logic

10. Brawl For All

The 'Brawl For All' was silly from the start.

Each fight (or 'Brawl') was presented as a shoot fight loosely akin to UFC, and the announcers made a big deal out of informing viewers that they were going to see something different. It wasn't exactly left to one's imagination - these scraps were 100% real, but everything else on the show was worked.

Think about that for a second. The WWF were willingly telling their own audience that Steve Blackman vs. Marc Mero on the 29 June 1998 episode of Raw was totally legit, whereas Steve Austin recapturing the WWF Title from Kane later on the same show wasn't. Great.

By voluntarily slapping their own product in the face this way, the company pretty much admitted that 'Stone Cold' and Kane were play-fighting. It was thick, especially when realising that the 'Brawl For All' was supposed to establish Austin's next title challenger.
