10 WWE Street Fights That Actually Lived Up To The Name

10. Hardcore Holly Vs. Al Snow - St. Valentine's Day Massacre 1999

These two took the term 'street fight' far too literally, actually taking things outside and to the streets and Memphis. Maybe this is what all street fights should really be like, right? Well, the match was officially billed as a hardcore match so the pair took things further than any of us ever expected. The pair battled it out for the vacant Hardcore Championship and threw everything into the match. Using fire extinguishers, floor tiles and even breaking a 'glass' jar over the other's head to try and gain the advance. The piece de resistance of this match however was when the pair took to the outside and used the terrain in Tennessee to their respective advantage. Despite it being mid February, the pair took the plunge into the Mississippi River, risking hyperthermia for sure. Holly would eventually go over in this most innovative of matches, wrapping Snow in a chain fence and scoring the most imaginative, and logical for that matter, pin fall on the hardcore scene at the time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3r1FVfll2Gw
