After spending a borderline embarrassing amount of time taking up the role of Rey-Rey's naive, young babyface son on WWE TV, a 25-year-old Dominik finally stabbed his Papi in the back on the night of Clash At The Castle, setting a turn in motion that ultimately led to black and purple brilliance.

The heat was real after that stadium-sized shocker. But it was the way Dominik eventually embraced the hate and smoothly morphed into The Judgment Day's spineless mascot that really caught folks off-guard.

Rather than transition into the part of slow-talking, methodical villain, hellbent on taking his father down once and for all, Dom was able to find the fun in the family feud, giving fans no choice but to cackle at his various home invasions alongside Rhea Ripley and his absurd reaction to spending time inside.

Few characters are able to consistently piss off whilst simultaneously pop a crowd in quite the same way this Mysterio weasel does. And the best could still be yet to come as Ex-Con Dom gears up for a seemingly inevitable Show of Shows battle with his dead-beat dad.
