10 WWE Superstar Workouts You Need To Know About

1. The Rock's Says...Lift Some Heavy Ass Weights

So, The Rock got pretty big, huh? Dwayne Johnson moved to Hollywood and developed a truly blockbuster physique, getting bigger and more cut than he ever was during his WWE run. Not that he wasn't in phenomenal shape during his full-time wrestling days. No, The People's Champ really did look like a champ while he was bone-bending in the squared circle, but as he became an action film star, he started to really tack on mass at a frankly alarming rate. Some sceptics (and there are many) would naturally assume that the 43-year-old actor was 'on the gas' and that he couldn't possibly achieve his amazing physique through natural means. Of course, Johnson has never failed a drug test, has a great set of genetics and his insane workout plan is well-documented, so really 'haters gonna hate', you know what I'm saying? And just what is that 'insane' workout plan, you ask? Well, it's not only insane but also long and would probably require its own article just to do it justice, but Rock's key to staying in shape is to religiously stick to his diet and exercise plan. That means getting up in the wee hours of the morning to do some morning cardio, eating five buffet-sized meals a day and working out with heavy ass weights six days a week. It's not a complex workout, separating body parts with a mix of dumbbells, cables, barbells and machines, but Rock doesn't play around in the gym, clanging and banging harder than just about anyone. You can find his weekly routine and diet plan here. I dare you to try it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZM4rkOOr1v4
