Perry Saturn is one of the most underrated wrestlers from wrestling's greatest boom period. He debuted in WWF along with Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko as The Radicalz. He's best remembered for the love triangle between himself, Terri Runnels and a mop with face painted on it, named Moppy. He was released from WWE in 2002, and had his last match for TNA in 2003. Then he disappeared from public view. For a while, may people believed Saturn to be dead as he was not seen for several years. He was conspicuous in his absence from the funerals of his friend Chris Candido, tag partner John Kronus and mentor Killer Kowalski. He reappeared in 2009 and got married. A year later, he gave an interview to Bill Apter about his disappearance. In 2004, he encountered two men raping a woman and interjected himself into the situation. While rescuing the woman, he was shot in the back of the neck and the right shoulder. He then became addicted to methamphetamine and was homeless for several years. Today, he is sober and living happily with his wife and two step-daughters in Minnesota.
