10 WWE Superstars Who Need To Go Back To Developmental
8. Erick Rowan
Erick Rowan is one of the most improved wrestlers over the past year. When The Wyatt Family first debuted, the difference between him and his partner Luke Harper was evident, but towards the end of their run as a team hed risen to the level of his partner and was having barn-burner matches with the likes of The Usos and Gold and Stardust. Now that The Wyatt Family seem to all be striking out solo, the future is uncertain for Erick Rowan. Bray Wyatt is doing better than ever as he heads into a feud with Dean Ambrose, and Luke Harper has super creepy vignettes running on Raw. Rowan on the other hand, had a weird segment where he was enamoured with Renee Young backstage. More than anyone in The Wyatt Family, Rowan is at risk of becoming a comedy big man, and some time in NXT might be the best cure for that. He needs to develop a character independent of The Wyatt Family, and Monday Night Raw isnt the best environment for developing characters. A run down in NXT might be just what Rowan needs to stay relevant and not become a joke.
