10 WWE Superstars Who Need To Go Back To Developmental
5. Eva Marie
Eva Marie does not deserve the amount of hate she gets from a large portion of the WWE Universe. A lot of the criticisms about her are very true, but they arent necessarily her fault. In a recent interview on Talk Is Jericho, she revealed that within forty-eight hours she signed her WWE contract, was recruited to Total Divas and had to move to Florida. She was barely in the door when she was at WrestleMania XXIX, completely overwhelmed by her surroundings. Since then, shes never been given the chance to develop a character. She was initially a heel, out to make a name for herself, but then by season two of Total Divas she was inexplicably a face, as Summer Rae was now the villain of the show. Then shes a heel again, and then a face, who knows what she is now. WWE could really have something with Eva Marie, but they need to commit to a direction with her. NXT is without a doubt the best home for Eva Marie. Under the training of Sara Del Rey, and with the guidance of NXTs excellent writing, Eva would have the opportunity to find out just who and what her character is. Theres potential there waiting to be unlocked, but until WWE slow down and give her a chance to find it, shes never going to get any better.
