10 WWE Superstars Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 34

8. Jinder Mahal

'The Modern Day Maharaja' is back in business.

No longer a main eventer, he joined the United States Title hunt soon after losing the WWE Championship to AJ Styles. He was initially the third wheel in Bobby Roode's horrendous feud with Randy Orton, but emerged as a contender heading into the Show of Shows, and left 'Mania as a surprise victor, pinning the popular Rusev to seal the gold.

The past six months have been disastrous for the US Title. Dolph Ziggler deciding to vacate it after just two days obliterated what remained of its prestige, and it has since been blighted by a conveyor belt of dull, unengaging champions. Mahal is the latest, and after the drudgery that was his WWE Championship run, the prospect of him as a long-term title-holder doesn't exactly set the pulse racing.

Like it or not though, Jinder is about to become a pushed commodity once more. Installing a foreign heel as US Champion is easy heat, and WWE will milk it, regardless of what we make of it. Expect a big focus on him throughout the summer.
