10 WWE Superstars Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 37
6. Omos (& AJ Styles)
Omos' sheer dimensions meant he was always getting rocket-strapped as soon as Vince McMahon deemed him ring-ready. He's 7'3", for crying out loud. A shoot 7'3", not a shorter man in raised boots, and he works like an old-school giant.
The modern wrestling big man typically flies and glides with grace and poise traditionally associated with cruiserweight. Not Omos. He's a more straightforward performer who no-sells puny offense from smaller opponents, throws people around like ragdolls, and appears to have the turning circle of an aircraft carrier.
And it rules.
There's an art to booking around a wrestler's weaknesses and while Omos can't more like a Lance Archer or Keith Lee, that's to his benefit. Wrestling doesn't have many traditional monsters left. Omos can fill that space if WWE are smart about his booking and presentation, and it doesn't hurt that he's currently paired with one of the best wrestlers of all time.
