10 WWE Superstars Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 37

7. Damian Priest

This should be obvious, given that Damian Priest's positioning alongside Bad Bunny was designed to get the former NXT North American Champion over with the new eyes Bunny was supposed to bring to the product.

Textbook celebrity booking, that. It's exactly what AEW did with Shaquille O'Neal, whose presence was designed to put a spotlight on Jade Cargill, and while Bunny didn't help spike Raw's numbers in any meaningful way, Priest at least got to shine in an unlikely WrestleMania ripper. His and Bunny's match with The Miz and John Morrison sits just below Pat McAfee vs. Adam Cole in the pantheon of great celebrity wrestling matches.

It's unfortunate that WWE decided to 50/50 Priest two nights later. A roll-up loss in a handicap match isn't the end of the world, but the idea that these situations "protect" the loser doesn't hold weight anymore. Such finishes can't be protective when they are the norm.

Regardless, reports that WWE see Priest as their next big star for their Spanish-speaking audience bodes well for a multi-talented wrestler with considerable charisma.
