For the five years he's been in WWE, it's amazing WWE has not once utilized Titus O'Neil correctly.

Starting off his WWE career on the second season of NXT with Zack Ryder as his pro, he had his "Make it a win!" catchphrase, but other than that, he didn't have much to offer, leading to him being the first one eliminated from the competition. He'd resurface the following year on NXT: Redemption and dominated each of his opponents, but even then it was clear that WWE didn't have any plans for him beyond the black and yellow brand.

His entire main roster run consisted of him teaming with Darren Young as part of the Prime Time Players before parting ways with him in early 2014. As it would turn out, breaking them up was the dumbest decision WWE could have made considering neither of them went anywhere after that. O'Neil floundered in the undercard for months before returning to NXT later in the year to stake his claim for a shot at the NXT Championship.

Although he mixed it up with the very best in Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn, he just wasn't impressing the masses like officials hoped he would. His NXT tenure was short-lived before he was "WWE Superstars" bound once again.
