10 WWE Superstars Who Must Retire In 2015

7. Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho€™s comeback to the WWE has become almost as regular as clockwork, but he still manages to always surprise fans with his inventive returns. Just this year, he double-bluffed the audience by making them think he was coming back, only for it to be The Miz when everyone was thoroughly disappointed, he made his big return, popping even the most cynical fan. It€™s getting harder and harder to come up with these crazy ways to bring Chris Jericho back, and while his return is always exciting, his matches have become less exciting and the man once known for reinvention has been relying on old catchphrases and insults for the past couple of years. Anyone who listens to Chris Jericho€™s podcast €œTalk Is Jericho€ knows that for the past few years, he€™s been divesting his time and interests away from wrestling, and seems eager to crossover into the mainstream like The Rock and Batista have. If he wants to make a real run of it, something has to give and between his band Fozzy and his pro wrestling career he may be biting off more than he can chew. Chris Jericho is unquestionably a legend, but at this point more of his Attitude Era peers have retired and moved onto new careers. At forty-four years old, his best days are unfortunately behind him and it€™s time to take a bow before fans start to get sick of his fourteen-year old act.
