10 WWE Superstars Who Must Retire In 2016

8. Rosa Mendes

Believe it or not, 2016 will mark ten years since Rosa Mendes first joined WWE's roster, making her the longest-tenured Diva in the company by far. Nevertheless, in all that time, the 2006 Diva Search contestant has failed to make an impact in WWE. She's played a variety of roles (including a manager for Primo and Epico, and an intern for Beth Phoenix), but most of them require Wikipedia access to discuss at length and none of them lasted very long. More recently, Mendes was added to the cast of E!'s Total Divas, leading to an increased presence on Raw. Mendes is currently out on maternity leave and is expected back afterwards, but if her past performance is any indication, she won't be offering much to WWE's product. After a decade in the company's employ, she ought to move on to other things.
