10 WWE Superstars Who Should Make Appearances In The MCU
7. Lana
She's perhaps a surprise entry on the list, but CJ Perry already has a few film and television credits to her name. She's appeared in Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2, and is slated to appear in Cosmic Sin which features the likes of Bruce Willis, Luke Wilson, and MCU alum Frank Grillo.
The MCU gives a boost to any performer's career regardless of how large or little their role is. Glenn Close, John C. Reilly, Peter Serafinowicz, and Ophelia Lovibond all turned in brief but meaningful roles in Guardians of the Galaxy. Why shouldn't Perry do the same?
To help build her resume, Lana would be perfect for a smaller role as a character associated with someone like the Collector or Grandmaster. Not only would it give her a nice patch of uninterrupted screentime (as these two characters usually appear in straightforward, low-impact scenes) but it would also give her the priceless opportunity to work with Benicio del Toro or Jeff Goldblum.
Unless WWE repackages her character, there's a chance Lana will be left treading water. With her real husband exploring "future endeavors" and her on-screen husband likely set to divorce her, CJ Perry may need a fallback plan.
