10 WWE Superstars Who Will Leave In 2019

6. Curtis Axel

The B Team

How much more can WWE squeeze out of Mr. Perfect's son? That's not an smart-a*sed question, it's a genuine concern. Curtis Axel has been part of the main roster since 2010, he's been a multi-time Tag-Team Champion, failed as a singles star managed by Paul Heyman and latterly had another bit of shine alongside Bo Dallas as The B-Team.

Now that comedy sketch is over and Raw's writing team have moved on, Axel should be a bit worried for his future.

Dallas has a chance. He successfully remodelled his look as part of The Miztourage, and he'll probably get another shot on SmackDown or as part of yet another tag. Curtis, meanwhile, has gone as far as he can realistically be expected to in WWE. After The B-Team ends, he'll be left scrambling for new ideas.

Axel will be 40 years old in October 2019. It sounds cruel to say, but we'd be surprised if he's a WWE employee by then, even more so if he's still rattling about on main programming.
