10 WWE Superstars Who Would Benefit From A Raw Money In The Bank Match
7. Matt Hardy
If Jeff Hardy could benefit from a singles run, then Matt Hardy desperately needs one. The Hardy Boyz' nostalgia run was always going to have a limited shelf life, and it's clear that fans want to see the brothers - and especially Matt - start using the "Broken" characters that made them ultra-relevant once more in 2016.
For Matt to break, he wouldn't need to win the Money in the Bank ladder match - he would simply need to come to blows with his own brother. Jeff wouldn't have to turn heel, because everyone already accepts that the match is every man for himself - he could simply push Matt off a ladder to prevent him from reaching the briefcase, not realizing that he was sending his brother through some stacked tables. Jeff would be remorseful, but it would be too late - he'd have started a war once again.
This, of course, would all be contingent upon WWE's ability to secure the rights to the "Broken" gimmick, but one has to assume that they could make it happen if they wanted it badly enough.
