10 WWE Superstars With The Most To Gain At WrestleMania 31

2. Brock Lesnar

For the sake of example, let's say that Lesnar successfully defends the WWE World Title at WrestleMania, and that Seth Rollins doesn't cash in. Would that make Brock's one-year span from Mania to Mania the most dominant year in company history? He ended The Undertaker's undefeated streak, then dominated John Cena at SummerSlam to win the title, didn't lose the belt to Cena at Night Of Champions, and then defeated Cena and Rollins in what will be a Match Of The Year candidate at the Royal Rumble. That's an incredible stretch. He has been making history all year long, but imagine what a successful title defense would do for him. Almost everyone thinks he's losing the title in one way or another. A win would give him as dominant a year as any wrestler has ever had. Even in the world of kayfabe, that has to be incredibly important to someone that is admittedly out for the accolades, the titles and the money. Even at its core, being able to keep his WWE Title means that he has a lot to gain.
