10 WWE Superstars You Only Remember For Their Entrance

3. Melina

Melina Entrance Never has flexibility looked so... flexible. Melina immediately set herself apart from any Diva that came before her because of her flexibility, going from a standing position on the ring apron and then dropping down into a picture-perfect split, before shimmying down underneath the bottom rope and entering the ring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1V6jkwcMX4 It's something that would immediately grab your attention and not let it go. The degree of difficulty, having to drop down into the splits with such a narrow area to land, was incredibly high. It was so high, in fact, that she messed it up on more than a few occasions, often having one of her legs slip during the landing, causing her to almost fall before catching herself on the ropes. When it happened, she would usually play it off with a smile and a "hey, I tried" facial expression before carrying on. She would go on to use that flexibility in matches, but mostly in losing fashion. Natalya locked her in a Sharpshooter, only to fall back onto the mat, pulling Melina's legs back towards the top of her head, folding her up like a pretzel. Then, of course, there was this, even though Melina would end up winning this particular match with Beth Phoenix: Melina Flexible It all got started with that entrance, though. It put her on the map, it helped her to get over, and it helped to make sure that she would go down in wrestling history.
