10 WWE Survivor Series Facts You Didn't Know

10. Survivor Series Is The Place To Debut

Much is being made of the 25th anniversary of the Undertaker this year, having made his debut at Survivor Series all the way back in 1990. But the Deadman wasn€™t the only debut that the PPV has played host to€”not by a long shot. Back in the mid-to-late 1990s, multi-time WWE Champions the Rock and Kurt Angle made their televised in-ring debuts at the Thanksgiving showcase. Then in much more recent years, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and €œthe Icon€ Sting, would also appear on WWE programming for the first time ever at the Survivor Series PPV. But the debuts aren€™t limited exclusively to wrestlers; in 2002 the now-famed Elimination Chamber was first showcased at Survivor Series, in a match won in truly dramatic fashion by a recently-returned Shawn Michaels. If you want to debut in the most impactful way, it appears that Survivor Series has become the perfect place to do it.
