3. A Monster Among Monsters

WWE.com helpfully notes that TLC pay-per-view photos are 'Presented by WWE2K18'. The tacked on product placement couldn't be more appropriate when skimming the gallery of Sunday's absolutely bonkers main event.

Perhaps planned out of panic following the sudden staff switch, the company presumably broke the ACME lunacy lever clean off having already maxed out the chaos in multi-man matches for the Raw brand over the summer. Stunt-and-bump showdowns at Extreme Rules and SummerSlam were buoyed by the untold levels of risk and insanity, due in the latter at least to the inclusion of Braun Strowman.

The man is a catchword for carnage at this point. And what is it with him and vehicles? Having tipped over an ambulance then been trapped in one as it careered into a truck earlier this year, Braun was the unfortunate feed for a Miz-mandated bin lorry after rising tensions between the 'Monster Among Men' and Kane spilled over into a separate severance between Braun and the 'Big Red Machine'.

Miz and The Bar bet on the wrong horse of course, but it took a trip to the glue factory for Strowman to ensure the Seth Rollins/Dean Ambrose/Kurt Angle super-team were victorious nonetheless. Few babyface turns starting with a haul into trash will ever be celebrated, but yet again, Braun threatens to be the giant anomaly.
