10 WWE World Champions Who Will Never Get In The Hall Of Fame

10. Jeff Hardy

Major WWE Titles: 1-Time WWE Champion (2008), 2-Time World Champion (2009 x2) It would be nice if Jeff Hardy was still in WWE, but he's not and there's a chance he may never be back. Hardy's one of the top performers in TNA Wrestling, and has just returned to action from a broken leg. In terms of big names, he's the biggest star they have, along with Kurt Angle. Hardy left WWE in 2009 while he was a main event performer. It's weird to see a guy choose to leave when he was at the top, but the WWE lifestyle was tough on him and he needed to get out to clean up his life. There's no question that Hardy's a WWE Hall of Famer based on his accomplishments. He's one of the best tag team wrestlers ever that also climbed the mountain to win both of the company's World Titles. In terms of popularity, he was beloved by the fans. Will he ever be back in WWE? It's hard to tell. He's 37-years-old, so he has several more years of wrestling as long as he wants to keep doing it and can stay healthy. There's a chance that WWE would have an interest in him coming back if he was free, but they are also hesitant to bring in TNA people as well. I think eventually Hardy will be in, but it might be ten years or more before it happens.
