This one's cheating, as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer has reported it was something WWE currently plan on doing in New Orleans, but it makes all kinds of sense coming out of the Rumble.

Braun Strowman will compete in the upcoming Elimination Chamber, but stands little chance of winning. We all know the likely 'Mania 34 Universal Title match, so it's straightforward to telegraph the winner, and giving said wrestler's history with Strowman, he'll likely defeat 'The Monster Among Men' for the decisive fall.

That'd be a smart piece of booking. Braun can still look strong by otherwise dominating the Chamber, and losing the number one contender's bout will allow him to move onto something new. Namely, The Miz and his Intercontinental Championship.

While the match wouldn't necessarily be a five-star classic, it and the preceding feud sound like bags of fun. Braun is a walking action movie, and Miz, as the company's biggest s***bag heel, will make a great foil. The sight of 'The Monster' throwing him and his Miztourage around like ragdolls sounds like an absolute joy. Sign us up.
