Admit it, you knew this would be here at some point.

Even Michael Cole giggles when he realises WWE handed him 13 in-ring minutes (20+ when one takes entrances/stalling into account) at WrestleMania XXVII. It shouldn't be lost on anyone that Cole vs. Jerry Lawler was longer than Edge vs. Alberto Del Rio, and only one minute shorter than the main event pitting John Cena vs. The Miz.

Steve Austin was drafted in as some 'Emergency: Break Glass' mediator that'd make the bout more appealing to horrified fans, and Jack Swagger was called upon to take some bumps too. None of that could change the fact that nobody wanted to see this eat up so much time at 'Mania.

Christ, Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan was relegated to a four-minute scrap on the pre-show just so Michael f'n Cole could cosplay as every amateur wrestler ever and undeservedly gobble up precious minutes on the annual supershow.
