10 WWE Wrestlers Who Deserve A Payrise

7. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler was reported to be out of contract at the end of 2014, so he evidently agreed a new deal. This would correspond with his changing role on WWE television, when the company suddenly started using him in a bigger role at the end of the year. The figure bandied about the IWC is that Ziggler is now on $850,000. If that is the case, then you'd have to say he's doing well. That makes him a very top midcarder. He was previously reported to be on $540,000, so he's already had quite the payrise. The thing is, at this stage in his career, Ziggler probably expected to be on more that. Remember, this guy first signed a WWE contract in 2004. He's been there for over ten years in one way or another, making him somewhat of a relative veteran. The expected main event arrival has never materialised. He nearly had it in 2013, only to see his career quickly buried. He's now resurgent, but given his early 2013 momentum, he probably expected to be making the big bucks long ago. Does he deserve a payrise? Yes. Long tenures in WWE are usually rewarded with higher pay. He's also one of the absolute best talents in the business.
